Costs and Conditions of Hire

 

The Bridal Suite for the night only of the wedding – £250

Your overnight bags will be collected from the barn for you during the day. You will arrive at the end of your wedding and can stay until midday the following day.  

The Bridal Suite for use during the day and for the night of the wedding - £350

You can arrive from 9am the morning of your wedding. The other guests using the rooms during the day need to be agreed in advance and there should be no more than between 6-8 people at any one time. Once you leave for the wedding the door will be locked and only you as the bride and groom can have access during the day/evening. Checkout is midday the following day.

The Aqua Room and Bridal Suite bedrooms can be hired for the night before your wedding - £45 per person (up to a max of 5) 

Up to five people can stay by sharing the bridal suite and aqua room. You can arrive from 4pm. Names of all guests staying must be given in advance. Checkout is the time your wedding starts, providing you have booked the bridal suite for the night of your wedding; all belongings apart from the Bride and Groom’s to be packed up by the time of your wedding. If you are not staying the night of your wedding but you want to use the rooms up until the time of your wedding a supplement of £180 will be payable and all belongings must be packed by the time you leave.

Daytime only rate for use of both all rooms - price on application and bookings for this can only be made 3 months in advance.

Conditions of Hire

• Other guests at your wedding will not be able to enter the accommodation at any point during the wedding
• This is a private house and therefore people should not be invited to visit you there
• Whilst getting ready for your wedding you should aim not to have any more than between 6 and 8 people using the accommodation at any one time
• All personal belongings must be cleared from the room prior to the wedding, removed or left neatly by the main door so that they can be carried over to the barn later in the day. With the exception of the Bride’s belongings, if she is returning for an extra night.
• Only food and drink that has been purchased or agreed in advance via Sarah Deeley is to be consumed on the premises.
• 3 parking spaces are available for guests staying. Access is via the village of Launton, first turning on the right after the traffic lights, sign posted Manor Farm. Park in the area immediately on the left in front of the building. Enter the farm through the metal gates. Only those members of the bridal party that are staying the night are permitted to leave their cars there overnight. All other parking is to be in the Tythe Barn car park and access to the accommodation is through the barn.
• We do not have the facility to look after the wedding cake overnight
• Checkout is by midday the following morning or up until the time of your wedding
• This accommodation is not ideal for young children
• All damages, breakages must be paid for
• No smoking
